Welcome to Simple Daily Store’s Refund and Returns Policy. Our primary goal is to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience for every customer. This policy applies to all purchases made through our website, www.simpledailystore.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
At Simple Daily Store, we take pride in the quality of our products and stand behind them. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. However, for operational clarity and fairness, we do not offer a “refunds only” option. If you are not satisfied with a product, you must return the item according to the procedures below to be eligible for an exchange or refund, minus applicable fees.
1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return for a refund or exchange.
1.1 Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. This includes all accessories, manuals, and free gifts that came with the product.
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items that are not in their original condition.
- Items that have been damaged after delivery, are worn or altered, or are missing components.
- Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Products related to health, hygiene, or intimate items, if the seal has been broken (unless faulty).
- Gift cards.
1.2 Return Process
To start a return, you must first contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

- Receive RMA & Instructions: We will review your request and, if eligible, issue an RMA number along with detailed return instructions. Returns shipped without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
- Ship the Item: You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. The item must be shipped to our fulfillment center at:

1.3 Refunds (Upon Return)
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status. If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it is processed.
- Refund Amount: The refund will be for the purchase price of the item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Additionally, a restocking fee of 15% may be deducted from your refund if the return is not due to an error on our part (e.g., a wrong or defective item shipped).
- Important Clarification: A refund is only issued after the returned item has been received and accepted at our facility. We do not process a refund and then rely on the customer to send the item back. “Refund only” without a return is strictly not allowed.
2. Exchanges (Upon Return)
We happily accept exchanges for the same item if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
- If you need an exchange for a different item (e.g., different size or color), you must return the original item for a refund as per the process above. You can then place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest and most accurate processing.
- If the exchanged item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference. If it is of lower value, a partial refund will be issued.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at jejunofy@simpledailystore.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a prepaid return shipping label for the faulty item and send a replacement at no extra cost. In such cases, restocking fees are waived. We may request photos or a video to document the issue.
4. Non-Returnable Situations
As part of our commitment to hygiene and product integrity, certain items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive defective. This typically includes, but is not limited to:
- Personal care items (e.g., razors, massagers).
- Health and wellness products with sealed packaging.
- Software, downloadable products, or opened media.
- Clearance or final sale items.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of our approval notification:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns
Unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. These costs are non-refundable. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt as proof of return.
7. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser. When we receive and inspect the returned gift, we will notify the purchaser to process the refund.
