International Shipping (Outside Canada):

  • PO Box Addresses:‌ We can ship to Canadian PO Box addresses via Canada Post. International PO Box deliveries are subject to the local postal service’s capabilities.
  • Remote or Restricted Areas:‌ Deliveries to remote, rural, or military locations may have limited service options and longer delivery times. Additional surcharges may apply.
  • Hazardous Materials & Prohibited Items:‌ We do not ship hazardous materials, flammable goods, or any items prohibited by law via our standard couriers.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is processed and handed to the shipping carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active after you receive the notification.
